Blackout Terms & Conditions


The Gymshark Blackout promotion will commence on Monday, 20th November and run for a limited period of time.

We reserve the right to amend the terms & conditions of this offer during the promotional period. Please refer to our social media platforms for updates.

Due to stock availability, we are unable to make any changes to orders once they have been placed. Rest assured, should you make a mistake, our Customer Experience Team will be on hand to offer as much support as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.


Adding an item to your cart unfortuantely does not reserve the stock for your final checkout. Stock is only allocated to your order once the payment has been accepted and the order confirmed.

If an item(s) you have ordered goes out of stock, the item(s) will be refunded and any remaining item(s) will be dispatched. You will be notified via email of any changes to your order(s).


Due to the exceptional volumes of orders that we’re experiencing, orders may take up to 10 working days to be dispatched from the time of ordering.

Although only a standard shipping method will be advertised, orders will leave on our fastest possible delivery solution at the given time.

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update, once you have received your shipping confirmation email.


Any discounts applied to products will remain the same throughout the campaign.

Availability of sale items are subject to stock availability.

Any orders placed prior to the beginning of the Blackout campaign will not be subject to further discounts.

There will be a site-wide discount throughout the duration of the Blackout sale with the exception of any exclusive Blackout products which will be clearly advertised on site.


Our returns period has been extended for this period. You have up until January 31st 2018 to initiate a return. For full returns information click here


Orders being shipped to Canada will be dispatched via Royal Mail, then passed onto Canada Post for fulfilment. Due to the nature of the courier service, we cannot provide exact delivery dates.

Canadian orders may be subject to import fees. This is not influenced by Gymshark, but controlled by Canada’s customs department. If these fees aren’t paid in full, your order will be returned to Gymshark and a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
