


Luke Jones is a Movement Coach and Content Creator at Hero Movement - helping clients increase their strength, mobility and endurance through a variety of training styles.
Graduating from Imperial College in 2013, Luke then pursued a career in the health and fitness space as a way to overcome chronic health challenges and nagging injuries. Luke is now a qualified Nutritionist, Personal Trainer and Movement & Mobility Specialist.
