Refuse to accept their mistake

Bought item which was too large. Processed return via inpost. Replacement sent by Gymshark via Evri to inpost address. No big surprise that I never received replacement as evri don’t support inpost. Nearly 2 weeks later and evri admits lost and Mike from gymshark tells me it’s my issue to resolve with Evri and refuses to refund. Absolutely disgra...
