I bought a week ago and the straps keep loosening and falling apart. The straps fit through a buckle that doesn’t hold the strap. Would not recommend. I would like to return

Do not recommend. 1/10
The functionality of the bag is terrible. The straps constantly keep sliding out the metal part which is clearly slippery for the material of the straps and the metal which is supposed to hold it in place. Customer service have been unhelpful despite numerous people complaining about the same thing. They are totally unwilling to help or resolve
