Gymshark Prize Draw Terms & Conditions Dated: [21/05/2026]
By taking part in this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, then you should not take part in this prize draw.
1. THE PRIZE DRAW
1.1. The promoter is Gymshark Ltd of GSHQ Blythe Valley Park, 3 Central Boulevard, Solihull, United Kingdom, B90 8AB (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
1.3. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
1.4. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc. or any of their affiliates. By participating in this prize draw, you agree to a complete release of Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all claims arising out of or in connection with this prize draw.
2. HOW TO ENTER
2.1 To enter the prize draw you must: (1) Like our post; (2) Follow @Gymsharkwomen Instagram account; and (3) Tag a friend in the comment section of our post between 16:00 BST on 30.05.2026 (“opening date”) and 15:59 BST on 31.05.2026 (“closing date”).
2.2 Entries that are late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for a technical or other reason will not be accepted.
3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over to participate in the prize draw.
3.2. We reserve the right to ask any winner to provide proof of age.
3.3. Our employees (and their immediate family) and those of our group companies, or anyone directly associated with us or the administration of the prize draw, are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
3.4. Entrants must have a valid email address, a valid Instagram account to participate in the prize draw. 3.5. Entrants must reside within countries eligible to receive deliveries from us – if you reside within a country in which we cannot deliver, you are ineligible to participate in the prize draw. In entering the prize draw, you agree and hereby confirm that: i) your entry is original, has not been copied and/or does not otherwise infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party, and (ii) your entry does not cause, or is unlikely (in our reasonable opinion) to cause distress and/ or offense to any person, group of people and/or the public. 3.7. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. 3.8. We will not accept entries that are: automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications); completed by third parties or in bulk; illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; photocopies and not originals; or incomplete. 3.9. We reserve all rights (at our sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria is met and/or to disqualify you from the prize draw and remove your entry post if: (i) your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw, or (ii) in our opinion you've breached any of these terms and conditions. 3.10. Entrants must hold (or be able to obtain in time for travel) a valid passport and any necessary visa or ESTA permitting entry to the United States. 4. PRIZE 4.1. The winner will receive:
(i) paid-for return travel for two people (including, if required, economy return flights) to Miami, Florida, in time to attend Gymshark’s Bratz event from 6 to 7 June 2026 (exact flight dates and times to be arranged between the winner and Gymshark. The winner is responsible, at their own cost, for travel to and from the departure airport and for any associated expenses including parking, additional baggage, seat selection, in-flight purchases and airport transfers other than those expressly included in the prize);
(ii) two-nights accommodation in a hotel in Miami on the nights of 5th and 6th June 2026 (exact details of hotel, rooms and arrival times to be arranged between Gymshark and the winner, at Gymshark’s sole discretion)
(iii) a nail appointment for two people in Miami;
(iv) travel set (suitcase, Gymshark holdall + bag charm);
(v) 2 x Gymshark sports bra, leggings and top;
(vi) A VIP experience at Gymshark’s Bratz event in Miami;
(vii) 1x Canon G7X camera;
(viii) 1x Stanley Cup;
(ix) 1x pair of Miu Miu sunglasses;
(x) 1x Fendi handbag;
(xi) 1x pair of Chanel trainers;
(xii) 1x Shark LED Face Mask;
(xiii) 1x Bedazzling kit;
(xiv) 1x Tangle Teezer hair brush; and
(xv) a total of $1000US spending money.
Exact arrangements for the above prizes shall be discussed between Gymshark and the winner after the winner has been selected (and Gymshark retains sole discretion as to final decisions on all such expenditure and bookings).
4.2. The winners should allow up to 90 days for delivery of the prize. 4.3. The prize is subject to winner confirmation (i.e. we can contact the winner and can confirm eligibility). The winner must also provide us with their full name, a valid postal address and a valid email address in order to claim the prize. 4.4. The prize is personal to the winner and cannot be gifted, transferred or sold and no cash alternative is offered. 4.5. We reserve the right to replace the prize or any individual element of the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so. 4.6 The prize is subject to the additional terms, conditions and disclaimers set out in clauses 4.7 to 4.12 below, which the winner accepts by claiming the prize. The approximate total retail value of the prize is £15,000 (this figure is an estimate only and the winner has no right to any cash equivalent). 4.7. Travel companion. The winner may bring one (1) travel companion. The companion must (i) be aged 18 years or over; (ii) hold a valid passport and any visa/ESTA required for travel to and entry into the United States; and (iii) agree in writing to be bound by these terms and conditions before travel is booked. If the winner is unable to nominate an eligible companion, no cash or other alternative will be offered for that element of the prize. 4.8. The winner and their guest must hold valid and adequate travel insurance for the duration of the trip. We shall not be liable for any costs or losses arising from the winner's or their guest's failure to obtain adequate travel insurance. 4.9. What is not included. Save as expressly set out in clause 4.1, the prize does not include: meals or beverages (other than those provided as part of the VIP event or in-flight); ground transport other than airport transfers expressly provided; baggage charges or seat upgrades; mini-bar, room service or other hotel incidentals; gratuities; spending money in excess of the US$1,000 stated; or any other item not expressly listed. All such costs are the responsibility of the winner. 4.10. Conduct. The winner and their companion must at all times behave in a reasonable, lawful and orderly manner and must comply with all reasonable instructions of Gymshark, the airline, the hotel and the event organisers. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to withdraw the prize (or any unused part of it) and to require the winner and companion to return home at their own cost if, in our reasonable opinion, their conduct is unlawful, dangerous, offensive, brings or is likely to bring Gymshark into disrepute, or otherwise breaches these terms and conditions. 4.11. Image rights at the event. By accepting the prize, the winner and their companion consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded at the Bratz event and at any associated activities, and grant Gymshark and its group companies a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish and otherwise exploit such photographs, footage and recordings in any media (including social media) for marketing, promotional and editorial purposes, without further consent or payment. 4.12. Third-party trade marks and non-affiliation. Bratz is a trade mark of MGA Entertainment, Inc. Chanel, Fendi, Miu Miu, Canon, Stanley, Shark, Tangle Teezer and any other brand names referenced in clause 4.1 are trade marks of their respective owners. Save as expressly stated, none of those brand owners is a sponsor, administrator or promoter of, nor in any way associated with, this prize draw, and all third-party products forming part of the prize are provided subject to the manufacturer’s own terms, warranties and guarantees.
5. HOW IS A WINNER SELECTED? 5.1. A winner will be selected by random draw performed by a computer process.
5.2. Our decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
5.3. The winner will be notified via direct message to their social media account shortly following the closing date.
5.4. We will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. Given the proximity of the closing date to the prize travel dates, if the winner does not respond to the direct message within 48 hours of being notified by us, or is unable to confirm that they (and their chosen companion) can travel on the required dates, then they will forfeit their prize and we may, at our sole discretion, offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn as a reserve.
5.5. We must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, we will send the surname and county of the winner to anyone who emails a request to socialcomps@gymshark.com within 1 month after the closing date.
5.6. If you have an objection to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please email us at socialcomps@gymshark.com. In such circumstances, we must still provide the information to the relevant authority on request.
5.7. We reserve the right to withdraw the prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
6. PUBLICITY & DATA PROTECTION
6.1. We may re-post, re-tweet, publicise and otherwise use any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio or any other materials that you post in relation to the prize draw (including as part of the entry process or as part of a prize) or if you tag or mention @Gymshark in any such content, whether via the same platform that you posted or shared the content, as well as via other social media platforms that we use, and on our websites. We will contact you should we wish to do this.
6.2. If you are a winner, we will contact you with further details if we want to get you involved in any publicity and/or events that we have planned.
6.3. We will only process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice which you can read at https://uk.gymshark.com/pages/gymshark-privacy-notice and as set out in these terms and conditions with regard to the announcement of the winner and fulfilment, delivery and arrangement of the prize.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Insofar as is permitted by law, we, our affiliates, agents, distributors, representatives and/or employees will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any winner or accept liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking part in this prize draw and/or taking up the prize except where it is caused by our negligence or the negligence of our affiliates, agents, distributors, representatives and/or that of our employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. GENERAL
8.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, we may, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
8.2. We reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so. The competition shall be void where prohibited by local laws or regulations, including where in our reasonable opinion we cannot accept an entry or provide a prize due to sanctions laws or banking restrictions. It is the responsibility of entrants to ensure that they are able to participate in the competition in compliance with local laws and regulations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable where an entrant has breached local laws and/or regulations in connection with the competition.
8.3. These terms and conditions will be governed by laws of England and Wales.
8.4. We and you each agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
