Faulty item not replaced
Item was faulty, with puckering around the neckline (had been sewn on poorly) and yet the customer service team would not send out a replacement because they deemed it not to be faulty. I was very disappointed by this as I liked the design and feel. Worried that Gymshark’s standards are so low that they don’t consider this to be a fault…
