Terrible neck and chest area

I got the shirt yesterday, and it has pretty good material, but the neck and chest area are terrible. When moving my arms upwards the shirt slides up with my arms and around the chest it gets way too loose resulting in me having to pull it down. The collar is also way too big compared to the size. Fabric is nice and thick. Great design. BUT...tighter than a "muscle fit" than I'm used to. I got an XL, but should have gotten a XXL.
